Work Profile & Responsibilities

Interns will be immersed in the “intersection of law and strategy,” handling tasks such as:

  • Litigation Strategy: Assisting in the conceptualization and execution of case strategies for matters before the Supreme Court and High Courts.
  • Tribunal Practice: Gaining specialized exposure to the workings of the NCLT, NCLAT, SAT, and ITAT.
  • Legal Research & Drafting: Conducting deep-dive research into corporate statutes and drafting pleadings for ongoing advisory matters.
  • Problem Solving: Contributing to policy-oriented legal thinking for complex corporate disputes.

Eligibility Criteria

This internship has a specific social mission to empower talent from non-metropolitan backgrounds:

  • Academic Level: Final year or penultimate year law students.
  • Background: Open exclusively to first-generation law students.
  • Geography: Applicants must hail from Tier 2 or Tier 3 towns and be enrolled in a law college located in a Tier 2 or Tier 3 town.
