About the Opportunity
Corporate Professionals is hiring an Assessment Intern for its Competition/Antitrust Law Practice. The internship is designed for final-year law students and recent law graduates who wish to gain practical exposure to competition law matters.
The selected intern will work on legal research, drafting, merger control filings, regulatory developments, and client advisory assignments. The internship is for six months and offers the potential for a full-time opportunity based on performance, commitment, and cultural fit.
The intern will join a lean competition law team with an open-door culture that encourages direct communication and easy access to leadership.
Duration
The internship will be conducted for a period of six months, with the potential for a full-time opportunity.
Start Date
The internship is scheduled to commence immediately.

The internship will be conducted in offline mode.
Location
The internship is based at the firm’s South Extension, New Delhi office.
Practice Areas
The internship focuses on Competition Law and Antitrust Law.
Eligibility Criteria
- Final-year law students (5-year or 3-year LL.B. programme) or recent law graduates (2025) wanting to move to Antitrust practice.
- Strong academic background with a demonstrated interest in Competition Law.
- Prior internship experience in Competition/Antitrust practice is preferred.
- Candidates with published articles, research papers, or blogs in this domain will be given preference.
Roles & Responsibilities
Legal Research
- Conduct legal research on competition and antitrust laws, regulations, and case precedents.
- Track regulatory developments and enforcement trends in competition law.
Drafting
- Assist in preparing the first cut or initial draft of legal documents, including regulatory communications, statements of objection, writ petitions, and replies.
Regulatory & Competition Advisory
- Support the team in merger control filings, cartel investigations, and abuse of dominance cases.
- Assist in preparing notes, briefs, and presentations on ongoing matters.
- Assist in drafting articles, thought leadership pieces, and client updates.
Knowledge Management
- Work closely with team members on live matters and internal knowledge management.
