About the Opportunity
The Viral Fever (TVF) is inviting applications for the position of Media & Entertainment Lawyer to join its Legal Team. The selected candidate will advise on legal matters relating to content production, intellectual property, artist engagements, and commercial transactions within the entertainment industry.
The role is suited for legal professionals with prior experience in media and entertainment law and strong drafting and negotiation skills.

Eligibility Criteria
- Candidates should have 2–4 years of experience in the media and entertainment sector.
- Experience in artist and talent agreements is preferred.
- Experience in production contracts is preferred.
- Experience in intellectual property licensing and copyright matters is preferred.
- Experience in production, digital media, and entertainment advisory is preferred.
- Candidates should possess strong drafting, negotiation, and commercial skills.

Roles & Responsibilities
Contract Drafting
- Draft, review, and negotiate artist and talent agreements.
- Draft and review production contracts and other commercial agreements.
Intellectual Property
- Advise on intellectual property licensing and copyright matters.
Legal Advisory
- Provide legal advice on production, digital media, and entertainment-related matters.
- Support the Legal Team on commercial and regulatory issues relating to content production.
