About The Society For Constitutional Law Discussion

The Society For Constitutional Law Discussion (TSCLD) was established by students of the 2018–2023 batch at Chanakya National Law University, Patna. Its Blog and Journal of Constitutional Studies provide platforms for legal writing, ideas and debate on constitutional law.

About the Call

TSCLD invites analytical and argumentative submissions addressing contemporary legal and policy issues with constitutional law at their core. Contributions should critically examine existing frameworks, present a clear central argument and add to existing scholarship.
