The opportunity is open to legal professionals with two to five years of post-qualification experience in corporate and commercial law, contract management and litigation. Pristyn Care is a healthcare company specialising in secondary care surgeries. It was founded in August 2018 by Harsimarbir Singh, Dr. Vaibhav Kapoor and Dr. Garima Sawhney.
The company provides surgical care and supports patients through different stages of treatment, including consultation, hospital coordination and post-surgery care.
About the Opportunity
The Senior Legal Associate will handle corporate legal matters, commercial agreements, litigation and regulatory compliance. The role involves advising internal teams, coordinating with external counsel and authorities, and addressing legal risks arising from business operations.
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Hold an LL.B. degree.
- Have two to five years of post-qualification experience.
- Have experience in corporate and commercial law, contract management and litigation.
Candidates from healthcare organisations, hospitals, MNCs, corporate organisations or established law firms will be preferred. A Company Secretary qualification will be an added advantage.

- Draft, review and negotiate commercial and business agreements.
- Handle litigation, disputes and urgent legal matters.

- Assess legal risks and recommend practical solutions aligned with business requirements.
Location and Mode
The position is based in Sector 66, Gurgaon, Haryana, and requires in-office work.
