Location
The position is based in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
Experience Required
Candidates must have a minimum of 3–4 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in general corporate and commercial law.
Roles and Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for the following:
- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial agreements.
- Advising clients on general corporate and commercial matters.
- Conducting legal research and preparing advisory notes.
- Managing client matters independently.
- Supporting technology, data protection and emerging business advisory.
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must meet the following requirements:
- LL.B. degree from a recognised university.
- Strong drafting, negotiation and analytical skills.
- Sound understanding of Indian corporate and contract law.
- Ability to work independently and engage directly with clients.
Preferred Experience
Experience working with startups, technology companies or in-house legal teams will be an added advantage.
Compensation
Compensation will be competitive with the Bengaluru market and commensurate with the candidate’s experience.
