The National Company Law Tribunal has invited applications for multiple posts on a deputation/absorption basis across its benches in India.

About NCLT

The National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) is a quasi-judicial body established under the Companies Act, 2013 to adjudicate matters relating to company law in India. Headquartered in New Delhi, NCLT handles cases involving insolvency, mergers and acquisitions, corporate disputes, oppression and mismanagement, and other matters under various corporate laws through its benches across the country.

About the Recruitment

The National Company Law Tribunal has released a notification inviting applications to fill existing and anticipated vacancies on a deputation/absorption basis. The recruitment covers administrative, legal, technical, and support positions across various NCLT Benches in India. Eligible officers and employees fulfilling the prescribed conditions may apply in the prescribed format.

Eligibility

Applications are invited on a deputation/absorption basis. The eligibility criteria, educational qualifications, experience requirements, service conditions, and post-specific requirements vary for each post. Candidates should carefully read the detailed notification before submitting their applications.

Pay Scale

Selected candidates will receive pay according to the applicable Pay Matrix corresponding to the post, ranging from Level 2 (₹19,900–63,200) to Level 13 (₹1,23,100–2,15,900).

Place of Posting

Selected candidates will be posted to various National Company Law Tribunal Benches across India. The appointed candidate will be required to serve at the bench for which they are selected.

Application Deadline

Applications must reach the National Company Law Tribunal within 60 days from the date of publication of the advertisement in Employment News/Rozgar Samachar.

Application Procedure

Steps to Apply:

Step 1: Download Application Proforma (Annexure-II) and eligibility conditions (Annexure-I) from www.nclt.gov.in under “Career”.

Step 2: Fill in Annexure-II completely. Attach self-attested passport size coloured photograph. State clearly in Section 19 how you are best suited for the post.

Step 3: Attach all required documents (see list below).

Step 4: Submit the complete application to your Employer/Head of Office/Forwarding Authority for certification and forwarding.

Step 5: Forwarding authority sends the complete application to the Secretary, NCLT on or before the last date.
