About the Job Opportunity
The organisation is seeking an experienced IP professional to lead its Intellectual Property division. Candidates should combine expertise in Indian IP prosecution with operational leadership skills and the commercial ability to represent the firm internationally.
The position covers trademarks, patents, copyrights and designs, with responsibilities spanning team management, client service, business development and technology integration.
Eligibility and Skills

Roles and Responsibilities
The selected candidate will undertake the following responsibilities:
- Operations and leadership: Supervise and mentor the Indian IP team, streamline daily operations, resolve procedural bottlenecks and ensure filing deadlines are met.
- Client management: Handle key client queries and grievances, oversee portfolio audits and report regularly to executive management.
- Business development: Conduct strategy meetings with prospective clients and attend major IP events.
- International networking: Travel across the GCC, Europe and the USA to develop cross-border associate networks and expand practice connections.
- Technology integration: Use IP management software, digital workflows and AI tools for prior-art searches, trademark monitoring, drafting and office automation.
Location and Work Mode
This is a full-time, remote position based in India. The role includes international travel responsibilities.
