About the Job Opportunity
The firm is looking for a Patent Associate with a strong technical background and an interest in intellectual property. The role focuses on patent drafting and prosecution in the software domain, including computer-implemented inventions and AI-related technologies.
Eligibility and Experience
Candidates should have:
- A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics and Telecommunication, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in patent drafting and prosecution, preferably in software and emerging technologies.
- Good knowledge of patent drafting and procedures in India, the United States and Europe.
- The ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Good listening skills and strong attention to detail.
An LLB degree or Indian Patent Agent qualification is preferred.
