The internship offers practical exposure to contract management, legal research, compliance, and corporate legal operations in an in-house legal environment.
About the Opportunity
Kapture CX is hiring Legal Interns for its Legal & Compliance Team. The internship is designed for final-year law students and recent law graduates interested in gaining practical experience in contract management, legal research, and compliance.
Selected interns will assist the Legal & Compliance Team in legal research, contract review, documentation, and day-to-day legal operations.
Mode
The internship will be conducted in work-from-office mode for five days a week.
Location
The internship will be based in Bengaluru, Karnataka.

Eligibility Criteria
- Final-year LL.B. student or recent law graduate
- Good understanding of the Indian Contract Act, 1872
- Familiarity with Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) and basic contract review
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
Roles & Responsibilities
Legal Research
- Conduct legal research and analysis.
- Assist the Legal & Compliance Team with research assignments.
Contract Drafting & Review
- Draft, review, and organise contracts, agreements, and legal correspondence.
- Review Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs).
- Assist in contract management.
Compliance
- Support the Legal & Compliance Team in day-to-day legal operations.
- Assist with legal compliance-related work.
Documentation
- Maintain legal documentation and records.
- Organise legal files and documentation as required.
