About the Opportunity
Mind Legal is inviting applications for a long-term internship as well as an internship for the month of August 2026. The internship will be conducted in physical mode at the firm’s New Delhi office.
Selected interns will work closely with the firm’s lawyers on a broad range of corporate and commercial matters. The internship offers practical exposure to corporate advisory, legal research, drafting, arbitration, commercial disputes, regulatory compliance, and court-related work. Interns will also gain insight into transaction-related advisory and dispute management while working on live legal assignments.
The programme is particularly suited for students who are serious about pursuing corporate and commercial legal practice. Corporate & Commercial Advisory
- Assist the firm’s legal team on corporate and commercial advisory matters.
Legal Research
- Conduct legal research relating to commercial disputes, arbitration, and regulatory issues.
Drafting
- Assist in drafting legal documents, research notes, and commercial legal submissions.
Litigation & Arbitration Support
- Support the legal team in matters before various courts and assist with arbitration-related assignments.
Regulatory & Compliance
- Assist with regulatory and compliance-related advisory work for clients.
