Fox & Mandal is inviting applications for a six-month long-term internship with its Corporate Practice at the firm’s Bengaluru office. This internship offers law students the opportunity to gain in-depth exposure to corporate transactions and advisory work in a structured, professional law firm environment.
About the Internship
The internship is designed to provide practical experience in core areas of corporate law. The selected intern will work closely with members of the Corporate Practice team and assist in ongoing transactional and advisory matters, contributing meaningfully to client-facing work.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting the team with transactional support in corporate matters
- Supporting corporate advisory work across various engagements
- Reviewing and drafting commercial agreements, including non-disclosure agreements (NDAs), employment agreements, and related documentation
- Conducting legal research on corporate and commercial law issues
Programme Details
- Duration: 6 months
- Location: Bengaluru (In-office; 5 days a week)
- Start Date: 1st March 2026 (Flexible)
- Eligibility: 4th year law students with prior internship exposure to corporate law practice
- Remuneration: Paid internship
