Internship Details

This is an on-site, physical internship designed for students who are ready to immerse themselves in the daily grind of a busy litigation chamber.

Roles & Responsibilities

Interns are expected to function as junior associates in training, handling tasks that directly impact ongoing litigation:

• Legal Research & Drafting: Preparing research memos and assisting in the drafting of petitions, applications, and rejoinders.
• Court Attendance: Accompanying seniors to the Delhi High Court and various district courts/tribunals to observe oral arguments and court procedures.
• Case Management: Supporting the chamber in the organization and preparation of case files and paper books.
• Live Case Exposure: Working on real-time case patterns under the direct supervision of senior advocates.

Eligibility Criteria

The chamber seeks candidates who are professionally inclined and dedicated to the art of advocacy:

• Academic Background: Law students (any year of 3-year or 5-year LL.B.) with strong analytical skills.
• Traits: Serious, diligent, and punctual individuals who demonstrate a high level of professional ownership.
• Aptitude: A genuine willingness to learn the practicalities of courtroom practice and case strategy.
