The firm is seeking candidates with prior experience in TMT law, particularly in data protection, commercial contracts, information technology law, and intermediary liability. Eligibility Criteria
- Candidates must have 2–3 years of post-qualification experience (PQE).
- Prior experience in TMT law is required.
- Candidates must have experience in the Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDPA), commercial contracts, the Information Technology Act, intermediary liability, and related technology laws.
- Candidates should demonstrate initiative, independent thinking, adaptability, and practical problem-solving skills.
Roles & Responsibilities
Technology, Media and Telecommunications Law
- Work on legal matters relating to TMT, including data protection and technology laws.
- Handle matters involving commercial contracts, the Information Technology Act, and intermediary liability.
- Develop practical legal solutions to issues arising in the technology sector.
Legal Advisory and Research
- Apply independent legal analysis to assigned matters.
- Take ownership of work and respond proactively to legal and commercial requirements.
