About the Job Opportunity
The position involves legal recovery relating to secured and unsecured products, including commercial vehicle loans, personal loans, business loans and mortgages. Candidates should have relevant experience in arbitration, Section 138 matters, SARFAESI and customer visits associated with recovery work.
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates should meet the following requirements:
- A graduate or postgraduate qualification in any discipline.
- Three to seven years of relevant experience.
- Experience involving arbitration, Section 138 proceedings and SARFAESI.
- Experience undertaking critical customer visits.
