About the Internship
The internship offers practical experience in corporate laws, transaction documentation and statutory procedures. Selected candidates will gain exposure to mergers, amalgamations, demergers and other corporate restructuring assignments.

Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must have cleared both groups of CS Professional.
Areas of Work
The selected intern will gain exposure to:
- Mergers, amalgamations and demergers.
- Mergers and acquisitions and corporate restructuring.
- Drafting scheme documents, board and shareholders’ resolutions, notices and consents.
- Regulatory procedures and statutory filings before the Registrar of Companies, National Company Law Tribunal, Regional Director and other authorities.
- Legal research on corporate laws and regulatory requirements.
- Preliminary due diligence, transaction checklists and compliance reviews.
Learning Opportunities
The internship provides hands-on exposure to M&A transactions, corporate legal frameworks and transaction-related documentation. It also offers opportunities to develop research skills and understand statutory procedures and corporate compliance.
