About Internship
Piramal Finance is inviting applications for internships with its Collection Legal Team. The internship offers practical exposure to banking and finance laws, recovery litigation, dispute resolution mechanisms, and legal compliance processes.
Selected interns will work closely with legal professionals and gain hands-on experience in legal research, drafting, case management, and coordination with various stakeholders involved in legal proceedings.
Duration
The internship will run for a period of one to two months.

This is an on-site internship.
Location
The position is based in Noida.
Stipend / Salary
This is an unpaid internship.
Eligibility Criteria
- Law students enrolled in a 3-year or 5-year LL.B. programme.
- Interest in banking and finance laws.
- Interest in dispute resolution and recovery litigation.
- Strong legal research and analytical skills.
Roles & Responsibilities
Recovery & Litigation Matters
- Assist in matters relating to proceedings under the SARFAESI Act, 2002.
- Support legal teams handling recovery and dispute resolution matters.
Legal Research & Drafting
- Conduct research on banking, finance, and recovery-related laws.
- Assist in drafting legal notes, summaries, and related documents.
Case Management & Compliance
- Support case tracking and management activities.
- Assist in compliance-related legal work and documentation.
Stakeholder Coordination
- Coordinate with advocates, courts, and regulatory authorities.
- Support communication and follow-up on legal proceedings.
