The programme is intended to help interns develop practical legal skills through research, drafting, and day-to-day legal assignments.
About the Opportunity
AMD Law India is accepting applications for its full-time, in-office Internship Program for the months of August 2026 and September 2026. Selected interns will assist the firm’s legal team across multiple practice areas, including corporate law, intellectual property, legal content, and legal administration.
High-performing interns may be considered for future opportunities and extended engagements with the firm.
Mode
The internship will be conducted in physical, full-time, in-office mode.
Location
The internship will be based in Vadodara, Gujarat.
Remuneration
The internship is non-stipendiary. Selected candidates will receive practical legal experience during the programme.

Eligibility Criteria
- Applicants must be law students.
- Candidates must be able to commit to a full-time, in-office internship in Vadodara for the entire internship period.
- Outstation applicants must be willing to relocate to Vadodara at their own expense for the duration of the internship.
Roles & Responsibilities
Corporate Law & Contracts
- Assist with corporate legal research.
- Draft and review contracts and other legal agreements.
Intellectual Property
- Conduct research on intellectual property laws.
- Assist with IP searches and analyse statutory frameworks.
Legal Research & Content
- Develop structured legal content based on legal concepts and recent developments.
Legal Assistance
- Support day-to-day legal administration and operational legal tasks.
