About the Opportunity
Mosaic Wellness is inviting applications for a Legal Intern to join its legal team and gain hands-on exposure to corporate and commercial law.
The selected intern will assist with commercial contracts, NDAs, regulatory and compliance research, vendor and partner agreements, legal documentation and day-to-day corporate legal matters.
Location
The internship will be based in Mumbai or Thane.
Eligibility Criteria
- LLB students are eligible to apply.
- Recent LLB graduates are eligible to apply.
- Candidates should have strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Candidates should have strong legal drafting and research skills.
- Candidates should have a good understanding of corporate and commercial law.
- Candidates should demonstrate excellent attention to detail.
- Candidates should be able to work independently and take ownership.
- Prior exposure to contracts and NDAs will be an advantage.

The internship will focus on Corporate and Commercial Law.
Roles & Responsibilities
Contract Review and Drafting
The intern will assist with reviewing, drafting and redlining commercial contracts and Non-Disclosure Agreements.
Regulatory & Compliance Research
The intern will support regulatory and compliance-related legal research.
Vendor & Partner Agreements
The intern will assist with vendor and partner agreements.
Contract Management
The intern will help maintain contract trackers and legal MIS.
Legal Research
The intern will conduct legal research and assist in preparing legal notes.
Corporate Legal Support
The intern will support the legal team with day-to-day corporate legal matters.
