Anantam Legal, Advocates & Solicitors, is a New Delhi-based law practice offering internships that provide students with exposure to litigation, advisory work, legal research and drafting.
Selected interns will work directly under Adv. Anant Malik and receive exposure to matters before various courts and tribunals.
About the Opportunity
Anantam Legal is inviting applications for internships for September, October, November and December 2026. Both short-term internships of one month and long-term internships are available.
The internship will involve practical work across criminal defence, insolvency, intellectual property, corporate advisory, commercial litigation, matrimonial law and civil matters. Interns will also receive exposure to proceedings before District Courts, High Courts, the Supreme Court and tribunals.
The role involves hands-on legal research and drafting as part of actual case work rather than document review.
Duration
Short-term internships of one month and long-term internships are available.
Start Date
Internships are available for September, October, November and December 2026.
Mode
The internship will be conducted in on-site mode.
Location
The internship will be based at D-68 LGF, Panchsheel Enclave, New Delhi.
Stipend
The stipend is to be determined upon confirmation.
Practice Areas
The internship will provide exposure to the following areas:
Criminal Defence
Interns will work on criminal defence matters involving special statutes, including the Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA), Maharashtra Control of Organised Crime Act (MCOCA) and other white-collar and special statute litigation.
Insolvency
The internship will involve exposure to insolvency proceedings before the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) and National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT) under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC).
IPR And Corporate Advisory
Interns will receive exposure to intellectual property rights matters and corporate advisory work for corporate clients.
Commercial And Civil Litigation
The work will also cover commercial litigation, matrimonial law and civil matters.
Legal Research And Drafting
Interns will undertake hands-on legal research and drafting as part of actual case work. The internship is not limited to document review.

Eligibility Criteria
- Students in the 3rd or 4th year of a five-year law course can apply.
- Students in the 2nd or 3rd year of a three-year LL.B. course can apply.
