Mr. Shashank Dixit serves as Central Government Standing Counsel and regularly appears before the Delhi High Court in matters involving constitutional law, public law, service law, arbitration, and commercial disputes.
About the Internship
This internship offers law students an opportunity to gain practical exposure to litigation, legal research, drafting, court proceedings, and case preparation while working closely on matters before the Delhi High Court.
Eligibility Criteria
Applications are invited from:
- 4th and 5th Year students of a 5-Year Integrated LL.B. programme
- Final-Year students of a 3-Year LL.B. programme
Candidates with a keen interest in litigation and court practice are encouraged to apply.
