About the Job

The organisation is looking to hire Associates and Senior Associates for its Dispute Resolution team. The role is suited for legal professionals with prior experience in handling complex commercial disputes, arbitration proceedings, and litigation matters.

Selected candidates will work closely with business stakeholders and external counsel while supporting dispute strategy, risk management, and litigation-related matters.

The position is based in Delhi NCR.

Salary

Associate

₹9.5 LPA – ₹15.5 LPA

Senior Associate

₹17 LPA – ₹24 LPA

Eligibility Criteria

  • Candidates must possess 1–5 years of post-qualification experience (PQE).
  • Prior experience in corporate disputes is required.
  • Experience in commercial litigation matters is essential.
  • Exposure to arbitration proceedings is preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities are desirable.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills are mandatory.
  • Ability to work effectively within an in-house legal environment is preferred.

Roles & Responsibilities

Dispute Resolution

  • Manage and assist in corporate dispute matters involving the organisation.
  • Develop litigation and dispute management strategies.
  • Coordinate with external counsel and relevant stakeholders.

Commercial Litigation

  • Support ongoing commercial litigation proceedings.
  • Analyse legal risks arising from business operations and contractual relationships.
  • Assist in preparing legal submissions and litigation documentation.

Arbitration & Advisory

  • Handle arbitration-related matters and proceedings.
  • Review dispute-related documentation and evidence.
  • Provide strategic legal support on contentious matters.

Stakeholder Coordination

  • Work closely with internal business teams on dispute management.
  • Liaise with external lawyers, consultants, and regulatory authorities where required.
