The platform combines AI-led workflows with review by legal professionals and handles trademark, incorporation, compliance and transactional work end to end.
Its service lines include trademark registration, company incorporation, annual compliance, GST filing, contract drafting, and private placement and fundraising support. Bentham also works directly with incubators and institutions so that founders have their legal work handled from day one.
About the Opportunity
Bentham Legal is inviting applications for 2 Legal Associate Intern positions in Hyderabad. The internship offers practical exposure to corporate law and intellectual property rights work, covering trademark filings, company incorporation and transaction documentation.
The role is a paid legal internship in Hyderabad, built around live corporate and IP matters handled by the platform for its clients.
Location
The internship will be based at ISB, Gachibowli, Hyderabad.
Mode
The internship is in-person, and interns are required to work from the office for a minimum of 2 days per week.
Duration
The internship will run for a period of 3 months.
Stipend
Selected interns will receive a stipend of ₹10,000 per month.

Bentham Legal is hiring 2 Legal Associate Interns.
Working Hours
Interns will work from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
Eligibility Criteria
- Law students in their 4th or 5th year, or recent graduates
- Prior internship experience in IP, Corporate Law, Private Placement or ODI is required
- Strong written communication skills
- Attention to detail
Roles & Responsibilities
- Trademark searches, applications and examination reports
- Company incorporation, SPICe+ and MCA filings
- MOA, AOA and LLP agreements
- Contracts, MOUs and shareholder agreements
- Private placement and fundraising documentation
- Legal research and content
- Coordination with CS and CA professionals
Pre-Placement Offer
Strong performers may receive a pre-placement offer for a full-time Associate role, with a stated CTC of ₹7–9 LPA.
