- Maintain an immaculate portfolio.
- Work towards nil flows and rollbacks of delinquent accounts from Bucket 0 and Bucket 2.
- Visit customers to identify the reasons for delinquency.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with the team.
- Monitor management information systems (MIS) and ensure the smooth updating of statements of account (SOAs).
