Abhijeet Gupta & Associates is looking to hire an Associate for its Gurugram office. The selected candidate will work on commercial and civil litigation matters, assisting the firm’s litigation team in handling disputes, legal research, drafting, and court-related assignments.
Location
The selected candidate will be required to work from the firm’s Gurugram office.
Remuneration

Eligibility Criteria
Applicants should:
- Have 1–2 years of litigation experience.
- Demonstrate a strong interest in commercial and civil disputes.
- Possess excellent attention to detail and a commitment to professional growth.
Roles & Responsibilities
Litigation Support
- Assist in handling commercial and civil litigation matters.
- Support the litigation team in court-related work and case preparation.
Legal Research & Drafting
- Conduct legal research on assigned matters.
- Prepare and review legal drafts and other case-related documents.
Case Management
- Coordinate litigation assignments and assist in managing ongoing matters.
- Work closely with the team to ensure timely handling of cases.
