The company is expanding its Legal Team and seeks professionals with experience in property law and documentation. Selected candidates will assess property documents, prepare and review legal reports, advise on transactions and support legal risk management.

Eligibility Criteria

The preferred candidate profile includes:

• An LL.B. from a recognised university.
• Relevant experience in property law, title verification and legal due diligence.
• Strong drafting, research and analytical skills.
• The ability to manage multiple assignments and collaborate effectively with internal teams.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Conduct legal due diligence and verify property documents.
• Prepare and vet Legal Search Reports (LSRs) and Title Search Reports (TSRs).
• Advise on property transactions, mortgage products and compliance.
• Identify and mitigate legal risks and help prevent potential fraud.
• Coordinate with internal teams to complete assignments on time.
• Meet prescribed turnaround times and maintain legal documentation.
