N & Company Legal is a New Delhi-based litigation firm. Its practice includes white-collar crime defence, insolvency and bankruptcy, commercial litigation and dispute resolution.
The firm represents clients before the Supreme Court of India, High Courts, the National Company Law Tribunal, the National Company Law Appellate Tribunal and other specialised forums.
About the Internship
Interns will work directly with partners and senior associates on legal research, drafting and hearing preparation.

The internship offers exposure to the following practice areas:
- White-collar crime defence and the Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA).
- Insolvency and bankruptcy.
- Commercial litigation and dispute resolution.
- Intellectual property rights.
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants should:
- Be currently pursuing or have recently completed a law degree.
- Possess strong research and writing skills.
- Have a sound understanding of procedural law.
- Demonstrate a genuine interest in litigation practice.
Prior internship experience in a litigation setting will be an advantage but is not mandatory.

- Legal research and case-law analysis.
- Drafting pleadings and legal opinions.
- Preparing for hearings before courts, tribunals and regulatory bodies, including the NCLT and NCLAT.

Duration and Location
The internship will run for one month and is based at the firm’s Delhi office.
