About the Opportunity
The internship is intended for law students interested in litigation, arbitration, and court practice. Interns will assist with legal research, drafting pleadings and other legal documents, preparing cases, and supporting litigation-related work.

Eligibility Criteria
- Students in the second or third year of a three-year LL.B. programme.
- Students in the third, fourth, or fifth year of a five-year integrated LL.B. programme.
- Candidates with a keen interest in litigation and arbitration.
- Applicants with strong legal research and drafting skills.
- Candidates with a sincere willingness to learn and contribute to legal work.
Roles & Responsibilities
Legal Research and Case Analysis
- Conduct legal research and analyse relevant case law.
- Assist with research relating to civil and commercial disputes.
Legal Drafting
- Assist in drafting and preparing pleadings and other legal documents.
- Support the preparation of written submissions and related materials.
Litigation and Arbitration
- Assist with civil and commercial litigation and arbitration matters.
- Support case preparation, brief compilation, and other litigation-related work.
- Gain exposure to proceedings before the Supreme Court of India and the Delhi High Court.
