About the Opportunity
The Legal & Product Privacy Intern will assist with legal research on data protection laws, identify privacy and compliance issues affecting product and engineering teams, and track developments in technology and privacy law across jurisdictions. The opportunity also mentions the possibility of a pre-placement offer (PPO).

The internship will be conducted remotely.
Eligibility Criteria
- Candidates pursuing or having recently completed an LL.B., LL.M., or equivalent qualification may apply.
- Applicants should have a genuine interest in data privacy and technology law.
- Candidates must possess strong legal research and writing skills.
- Applicants should be able to explain research problems concisely.
Roles & Responsibilities
Data Protection and Privacy Research
- Research data protection laws, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDP Act), the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).
Product and Compliance Support
- Assist product and engineering teams in identifying privacy and compliance issues.
Legal and Regulatory Updates
- Track global developments in technology law and data privacy.
