About the Opportunity

This internship provides practical exposure to legal matters through research and drafting assignments. Selected interns will assist the team with ongoing matters and day-to-day work, developing their ability to analyse case law, organise case material and prepare legal documents.

Mode

Work will be primarily virtual. Interns will be required to attend court visits as and when necessary for the matters assigned to them.

Eligibility Criteria

• Students pursuing an LL.B. degree may apply.
• Freshers are welcome.
• Candidates should have a strong interest in litigation and legal practice.
• Good legal research, drafting and communication skills are expected.
• Applicants should be willing to learn, take initiative and demonstrate sincerity, attention to detail and commitment to their assignments.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research and analyse case law.
• Help draft legal notices, petitions, applications, pleadings and other legal documents.
• Prepare case briefs, research notes and case summaries.
• Support litigation matters and case preparation.
• Assist the team with daily assignments and proceedings.
