About the Opportunity
Krishna & Saurastri Associates LLP is hiring for the positions of Patent Associate and Senior Associate. The selected candidates will work on patent research, patent application drafting, patent prosecution and patent infringement matters.
Location
The positions are available in Mumbai, Bangalore and Chennai.

Eligibility Criteria
- Applicants must be registered Indian Patent Agents.
- Applicants must have a minimum of two years of experience with a law firm.
- Applicants should have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Applicants should possess an analytical mindset and strong attention to technical detail.
- Applicants must have a technical background relevant to the location:
- Mumbai: Computer Science, Physics, Information Technology, Chemistry or Pharmacy.
- Bangalore: Computer Science, Physics or Information Technology.
- Chennai: Computer Science, Physics, Information Technology or Mechanical Engineering.
Roles & Responsibilities
Patent Research
- Conduct patent prior art searches.
- Conduct patent invalidity searches and other patent research assignments.
Drafting
- Draft patent applications.
Patent Prosecution
- Handle patent prosecution matters.
Patent Infringement
- Work on patent infringement matters.
