Eligibility Criteria
Candidates should have practical knowledge of the Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP) under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC).
Applicants should be familiar with coordinating and documenting Committee of Creditors (CoC) meetings, including preparing agendas, notices, minutes of meetings and voting records.
Knowledge of claims collation, verification and maintenance of claims records is required. Candidates should also be able to draft CIRP-related documents, notices, letters, reports and other process-related communications.
An understanding of CIRP records, statutory timelines and related documentation is expected. Strong drafting, documentation, coordination and communication skills are also required.

Candidates with practical knowledge or prior experience in the CIRP process will be preferred.
Roles and Responsibilities
The selected candidates will work on CIRP-related documentation and communications, including notices, letters and reports. The role also involves coordinating Committee of Creditors meetings, preparing meeting records and maintaining documentation relating to claims, statutory timelines and the insolvency resolution process.
