About the Opportunity
Sabharwal & Associates is hiring a Legal Associate for its litigation practice. The selected candidate will work on drafting, legal research, client counselling, court appearances, and case management while assisting the firm’s litigation team in handling matters before the Saket Courts.
Mode
The position is full-time and on-site.
Location
The selected candidate will be required to work from the firm’s office at Saket Court Complex, New Delhi.
Remuneration
The selected candidate will receive a stipend as per industry norms.

Eligibility Criteria
Applicants should:
- Hold an LL.B. degree from a recognised university.
- Be enrolled with the Bar Council of Delhi.
- Have 0–3 years of experience.
- Freshers with litigation internship experience are also encouraged to apply.
- Possess strong legal drafting and research skills.
- Be comfortable with daily court work.
Roles & Responsibilities
Drafting
- Draft plaints, written statements, applications, pleadings, and other legal documents.
Court Appearances
- Appear regularly before Saket Courts in civil, criminal, and family law matters.
Legal Research
- Conduct legal research, prepare case briefs, and assist in client counselling.
Case Management
- Manage case files, documentation, and other litigation-related records.
