The position offers an opportunity to handle litigation, arbitration, recovery, contractual, commercial, and regulatory matters across India. The selected candidate will also advise on commercial transactions, dispute resolution strategies, contractual risks, and applicable legal requirements.

Qualification
Candidates must hold an LL.B. or LL.M. degree.
Experience
Applicants must have 4–8 years of relevant professional experience. Candidates with corporate legal experience will be preferred.
Roles & Responsibilities
Litigation, Arbitration and Recovery
- Manage and drive arbitration, litigation, recovery, contractual, commercial, and regulatory matters across India.
- Draft, review, and finalise claims, counterclaims, written statements, legal notices, affidavits, appeals, and other pleadings.
- Provide legal advice on dispute resolution strategies and commercial disputes.
Commercial Contracts and Advisory
- Draft, vet, review, negotiate, and manage domestic and international commercial agreements.
- Handle non-disclosure agreements (NDAs), memoranda of understanding (MoUs), procurement agreements, consultancy agreements, and service contracts.
- Advise on commercial transactions, contractual risks, and related legal issues.
Regulatory Compliance and Governance
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Address legal and regulatory matters affecting the trading business.
- Support compliance with corporate governance requirements.
Eligibility Criteria
- An LL.B. or LL.M. qualification is required.
- Candidates must have 4–8 years of relevant experience.
- Applicants should have expertise in litigation, arbitration, and commercial contracts.
- Corporate legal experience will be preferred.
