Xander Law Associates is expanding its corporate and transactional practice and is looking to retain up to two attorneys. The role offers the opportunity to work on a broad range of corporate and commercial transactions, with practical exposure to mergers and acquisitions, private equity and venture capital transactions, and general corporate advisory.

Eligibility Criteria
- Candidates must have 1–2 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in corporate or commercial law.
- Candidates should have strong legal fundamentals, sound comprehension and analytical skills, and attention to detail.
- A genuine interest in corporate and transactional work is expected.
The firm has specifically requested that only candidates with the requisite experience apply.
