About Lado Women Foundation

Lado Women Foundation is an NGO working on women empowerment, rural livelihood development, skill development and community development. The Founder and CEO of the foundation is Mr. Rajesh Kumar, a former Indian Air Force officer, and the Mentor and Internship Director is Mrs. Anuradha Sharma.

About the Opportunity

Through its Internship Programme 2026-27, Lado Women Foundation is offering students and young people the opportunity to combine classroom learning with practical field experience, social work exposure and professional skill development.

During the programme, students will get the opportunity to understand the real social sector through practical activities, field exposure, assignments, documentation and project-based learning.

The internship is offered for durations of 21 days, 30 days, 60 days, 90 days, 120 days and 180 days.

Certification

After completion of the internship, a Certificate, Internship Letter, Log Book and Report are provided in accordance with the applicable programme requirements.

Eligibility Criteria

The programme is particularly useful for BSW, MSW, BA, BBA, B.Com, BCA, MBA, Social Work, Law, Education, Psychology, Management and other undergraduate and postgraduate students.
