Eligibility Criteria
Candidates should meet the following requirements:
- Be pursuing or have completed a Diploma or Degree in Public Policy, Political Science, Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Have a basic understanding of government processes, policy-making, and regulatory frameworks, particularly in the EV, automotive, or manufacturing sectors.
- Possess strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Have the ability to research and accurately synthesise information on policies, schemes, and government initiatives.
- Be proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Have the ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders, track action points, and follow up on time-sensitive submissions.
- Possess good organisational skills for maintaining stakeholder databases and engagement records.
- Be able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage time-sensitive government interactions.
Roles & Responsibilities
Government Relations
- Support Raptee.HV in building and maintaining relationships with government departments, officials, regulatory bodies, and industry associations.
- Coordinate meetings, official visits, submissions, and follow-ups.
- Track action points and ensure timely closure.
- Represent Raptee.HV professionally during government meetings, events, forums, and stakeholder interactions.
Policy Research
- Research and track EV, automotive, mobility, manufacturing, and startup policies, regulations, schemes, incentives, and government initiatives.
- Identify government opportunities, programmes, partnerships, and incentives relevant to Raptee.HV’s business and growth.
Documentation
- Prepare briefing notes, presentations, letters, reports, and other government-facing documents.
- Conduct research required for official meetings.
- Maintain stakeholder databases, engagement trackers, and regular reports.
Additional Requirements
Candidates with up to six months of relevant experience in government relations, public policy, public affairs, or related fields may also apply. Experience involving government departments, regulatory bodies, or industry associations, along with knowledge of central or state government incentive schemes for EVs or startups, will be useful.
