Clear Clause Legal Services is a law firm based in Karnal, Haryana, providing legal services to startups and small and medium enterprises (SMEs). The firm advises clients on commercial contracts, business transactions, regulatory compliance, and other corporate legal matters while offering practical mentorship to aspiring legal professionals.
About the Opportunity
Clear Clause Legal Services is inviting applications for its September 2026 Remote Legal Internship Programme. Selected interns will work on live client assignments involving commercial contract drafting, startup legal advisory, due diligence, legal research, and business outreach while receiving mentorship from the firm’s founders.
Duration
The internship will be conducted from 1 September 2026 to 30 September 2026. The duration may be extended based on the intern’s performance.
Mode
The internship will be conducted in online (remote) mode.

Working Hours
Interns will be expected to work approximately 4–5 hours per day, from Monday to Saturday, with a few scheduled check-in sessions.
Stipend
This is an unpaid internship.
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants should:
- Be law students in the third year or above.

Roles & Responsibilities
Contract Drafting
- Draft and review commercial contracts, including NDAs, Service Agreements, Founder Agreements, and MOUs.
Legal Research
- Conduct legal research on startup and SME-related legal issues.
Due Diligence
- Assist with due diligence for live client mandates.
Content & Outreach
- Contribute to legal content and client-facing resources.
- Assist with lead research and outreach initiatives.

Selection Process

Additional Information
