About the Internship

Athena Law Associates is hiring Assessment Interns for its Indirect Tax Litigation team. The internship provides practical exposure to GST, Customs, Foreign Trade Policy, and allied laws, allowing interns to work on research, drafting, and litigation-related assignments under the guidance of experienced professionals.

Location

This is an in-office internship based at Sector 18B, Dwarka, New Delhi.

Internship Commencement

The internship will commence from July/August 2026 onwards.

Stipend

The internship offers performance-based remuneration.

Eligibility

Applicants must:

  • Be in the final year of a 5-year integrated LL.B. programme or a 3-year LL.B. programme; or
  • Be a fresh law graduate.
  • Have a basic understanding of GST, Customs, and the Foreign Trade Policy.
  • Possess strong legal drafting and formatting skills with proficiency in Microsoft Word.

Roles and Responsibilities

Selected interns will gain exposure to:

  • GST litigation.
  • Customs law matters.
  • Foreign Trade Policy and allied laws.
  • Legal research and drafting.
  • Preparation of legal documents and litigation support.

Additional Information

Interns demonstrating exceptional performance may be considered for a permanent position with Athena Law Associates upon successful completion of their law degree.
