Eligibility Criteria
- Students in the 2nd to 4th year of a 5-year integrated law programme.
- Students in the 2nd to 3rd year of a 3-year LL.B. programme.
- Proficiency in English.
- Interest in litigation, legal drafting, and court practice.
Roles & Responsibilities
Legal Drafting & Documentation
- Assist in drafting bail applications, criminal appeals, notices, replies, reports, and other legal documents.
- Support advocates in preparing litigation-related documentation.
Legal Research
- Conduct legal research on relevant statutes, judicial precedents, and legal issues.
- Prepare research notes and case summaries.
Court & Institutional Visits
- Visit courts, government departments, and institutions as required.
- Assist in matters relating to procedural and litigation-related work.
Litigation Support
- Support ongoing legal matters through documentation, case tracking, and research assistance.
- Work closely with legal professionals on assigned tasks.
