SAC Legal LLP (Sandip Agarwal & Co. Advocates) is a Delhi-based law firm engaged in litigation, arbitration, commercial disputes, company law matters, and corporate advisory services.
The firm regularly appears before the Supreme Court of India, various High Courts, National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT), consumer forums, arbitral tribunals, and other judicial and quasi-judicial authorities. It advises individuals, corporates, and institutions on a wide range of contentious and non-contentious legal matters.

SAC Legal LLP is inviting applications from law students seeking practical exposure to litigation, arbitration, corporate advisory, and commercial law practice.
The internship is designed to provide interns with hands-on experience in legal research, drafting, dispute resolution, and court-related work while working closely with advocates and legal professionals on active matters.

Areas of Exposure
Selected interns may assist with:
Litigation & Dispute Resolution
- Commercial litigation matters
- Arbitration and dispute resolution proceedings
- Case strategy and matter preparation
- Court and tribunal-related assignments
Research & Drafting
- Legal research and case law analysis
- Drafting pleadings, applications, notices, and legal opinions
- Preparation of legal briefs and research notes
Corporate & Company Law
- Company law-related matters
- Corporate advisory assignments
- Commercial legal research and documentation
Eligibility Criteria
Applications are invited from:
- Students in the 2nd Year of a 3-Year LL.B. Programme
- Students in the 4th or 5th Semester of a 5-Year Integrated Law Programme
Candidates possessing strong:
- Research skills
- Drafting abilities
- Analytical skills
will be preferred.
Duration
Applications are invited for the following internship cycles:
- June – July 2026
- July – August 2026
- August – September 2026
