About the Internship
The Justice Ally Law Firm is inviting applications for its One Month Virtual Legal Internship Program for law students interested in strengthening practical legal skills through research-oriented and drafting-based assignments. The internship is intended for motivated students who wish to gain structured exposure to legal work while working remotely in a flexible learning environment.
Selected interns will engage in legal research, case law analysis, drafting work, and assignments connected with litigation and compliance-related matters. The programme also encourages participants to remain updated on recent judicial developments and statutory changes while contributing to research and advocacy-based tasks.
Eligibility Criteria
Applications are open to students pursuing three-year or five-year law programmes.
Preference may be given to candidates who demonstrate:
- Strong legal research and drafting skills
- Interest in litigation, criminal law, constitutional law, or social justice work
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
Responsibilities
Selected interns may be involved in:
- Legal research and case law analysis
- Writing research articles
- Drafting applications, complaints, writs, and legal notices
- Assisting in litigation and compliance-related matters
- Researching recent judgments and statutory developments
- Supporting welfare, advocacy, and rights-based projects
- Attending webinars organised during weekends

Mode
This is a fully virtual and remote internship programme.
Duration
The internship will be conducted from 1 June 2026 to 1 July 2026.
Working Structure
Working days are flexible; however, deadlines will be assigned for each task. Discussions relating to tasks and assignments will generally take place during weekends.

Stipend

Certificate
A Certificate of Internship shall be provided upon successful completion of all assigned tasks and subject to the discretion of the team.
