Ambedkar’s vision of transformative legal learning, the initiative began as an online Constitution class and has developed into a broader academic platform focusing on legal reasoning, constitutional interpretation, and jurisprudential understanding.
The organisation conducts lectures, research-based programmes, and academic discussions designed to strengthen analytical foundations among law students and early-stage researchers. About the Internship
The online legal research and academic lecture internship is designed as a structured academic programme combining guided lectures with research-oriented exercises. The internship focuses on strengthening conceptual understanding of legal doctrine, judicial reasoning techniques, and interpretative frameworks used in constitutional and criminal law analysis.
Participants engage with curated weekly themes addressing accessibility of constitutional remedies, interpretation of landmark judgments, evolution of criminal law concepts, and procedural dimensions of legal systems. The programme is conducted under the academic guidance of Subhranil Bhowmik and aims to support development of structured legal thinking and academic articulation skills.

Programme Structure

Week 1
Accessibility of enforcement of Fundamental Rights before High Courts and the Supreme Court.
Week 2
Technical elements of judicial decisions including ratio decidendi, obiter dicta, framing of legal questions, and judicial narration with reference to Kesavananda Bharati v. State of Kerala.
Week 3
Historical and jurisprudential evolution of the concept of crime through doctrinal developments across legal traditions.
Week 4
Substantive and procedural dimensions of law and their interaction in shaping legal systems.
