The Chambers of Kamal Mohan Gupta is inviting Legal internship applications from law students for an offline litigation internship commencing on 6 April 2026. The internship is designed to provide structured exposure to Supreme Court practice through research assignments, drafting assistance, and observation of court proceedings.

Selected interns will assist the chamber in preparing case materials relating to ongoing matters listed before the Supreme Court. Participants will gain familiarity with appellate documentation procedures, case compilation practices, and legal research techniques used in constitutional and civil litigation before the Court.

The internship is particularly suitable for students interested in understanding the functioning of Advocate-on-Record practice and the procedural framework governing Supreme Court filings. Interns will also gain insight into how pleadings are structured in special leave petitions, civil appeals, and other proceedings handled before the Court.

Through participation in chamber discussions and research-based assignments, interns will strengthen their analytical and drafting skills while gaining exposure to the institutional working of India’s highest court.
