DBRANLU invites submissions for its Labour and Employment Law Journal.

About the Journal

The DBRANLU Journal on Labour and Employment Law is the flagship publication of the Centre for Labour Studies at Dr. B.R. Ambedkar National Law University, Sonepat. The journal is conceived as a peer-reviewed platform aimed at encouraging high-quality academic research and critical scholarship in labour law and related disciplines.

The journal seeks to bring together contributions from students, academicians, and professionals to foster discussion on contemporary labour issues. It aims to provide a forum for analytical and reform-oriented writing that engages with evolving labour law frameworks, policy challenges, and socio-economic realities.

As a newly launched academic initiative, the journal aspires to build a strong foundation in legal scholarship and contribute meaningfully to discourse on labour law, employment relations, and workplace rights.

About the Call for Papers

The editorial board has opened submissions for the inaugural issue, Volume 1, Issue 1, centred around the theme “Contemporary Perspectives on Labour Law.” The call invites original research papers that examine the changing landscape of labour and employment law in India and globally.

The theme reflects the growing importance of labour regulation in light of economic transformation, technological advancement, and changing employment structures. Contributors are encouraged to explore both theoretical and practical aspects of labour law, offering insights into current legal challenges and possible reforms.

This opportunity is particularly valuable for individuals seeking to publish their research in a peer-reviewed academic journal and contribute to ongoing legal discourse.
