The Office of Hon’ble Mr Justice N. Kotiswar Singh, Judge of the Supreme Court of India, is inviting applications for judicial internships for the months of April and May 2026. This internship provides law students an opportunity to gain exposure to the functioning of the Supreme Court of India and assist in legal research and judicial work.

The internship will be conducted in physical mode in Delhi, allowing selected candidates to observe and learn about the practical functioning of the highest court in the country.


About Hon’ble Mr Justice N. Kotiswar Singh

Hon’ble Mr Justice N. Kotiswar Singh currently serves as a Judge of the Supreme Court of India. Prior to his elevation to the Supreme Court, he served as the Chief Justice of the High Court of Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh.

Throughout his judicial career, Justice Singh has contributed significantly to the development of jurisprudence across various areas of law. His experience in constitutional and public law matters makes this internship particularly valuable for students interested in judicial processes, constitutional law, and appellate litigation.

About the Internship

The Office of Hon’ble Mr Justice N. Kotiswar Singh is offering physical internship opportunities for April and May 2026. Selected interns will work closely with the judge’s office and assist in legal research and other tasks related to judicial work.

Eligibility Criteria

Applicants must meet the following requirements:

  • 4th or 5th year students of a 5-year integrated LL.B. programme, or
  • 2nd or 3rd year students of a 3-year LL.B. programme.

Candidates should possess strong legal research and analytical skills, as well as an interest in constitutional law and judicial processes.
