About the Opportunity

The Legal Compliance Internship offers practical exposure to insurance laws, regulatory filings and corporate compliance with the guidelines of the Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority of India (IRDAI). Selected interns will support the legal team in reviewing regulatory material and preparing compliance documentation.

Kohinoor, Vidyavihar, Mumbai.

Stipend

This is a paid internship.

Eligibility Criteria

• Candidates must be in the final year of an LL.B., B.A. LL.B. or B.B.A. LL.B. degree.
• Applicants should demonstrate a strong interest in insurance law and IRDAI compliance.
• Excellent legal research, drafting and analytical skills are expected.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Research and analyse IRDAI circulars, notifications and guidelines.
• Assist in reviewing policy documents, product filings and compliance reports.
• Support preparation of corporate governance disclosures and compliance certificates.
