Pepperfry Limited is inviting applications for a Legal Intern to join its in-house Legal Team. The internship is designed to provide law students with practical exposure to corporate legal functions and an understanding of how legal advice supports business operations.
Selected interns will work on diverse legal matters involving contracts, compliance, legal research, and corporate advisory in an in-house environment.
About the Opportunity
Pepperfry Limited is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Legal Intern to support its in-house Legal Team. The internship offers hands-on experience across multiple areas of corporate legal practice, including commercial contracts, litigation support, compliance, and legal research.
The selected intern will work closely with the legal team and gain practical exposure to business-oriented legal work.
Duration
The internship will be for a period of four to six months.
Location
The internship will be based in Vikhroli, Mumbai.
Remuneration
This is a paid internship.

Eligibility Criteria
- Third or fourth-year students of the five-year integrated LL.B. programme.
- Second-year students of the three-year LL.B. programme.
- Preference will be given to candidates from leading law schools with a strong academic record and an interest in corporate and commercial law.
Roles & Responsibilities
Contract Drafting
- Assist with commercial contracts and contract management.
Corporate Advisory
- Support the legal team in corporate legal advisory matters.
Litigation Support
- Assist with litigation-related legal work.
Compliance
- Support regulatory and legal compliance activities.
Legal Research
- Conduct legal research and assist in legal drafting.
In-House Legal Operations
- Assist with general in-house legal work assigned by the legal team.
