The Centre for Legal Simulations and Research (CLSR) is a centre functioning under the aegis of Vidhi Vaarta, SRTD Group. About the Opportunity

The 2nd Vidhi Vaarta Construction Arbitration Law Moot Court Competition, 2026 provides law students with a rigorous, practice-oriented platform to engage with contemporary issues in construction law and arbitration through competitive mooting.

The proposition addresses issues including additional works without a formal variation order, no dues certificates and final settlement, accord and satisfaction, economic duress, contractual authority, governmental procurement frameworks, internal financial regulations, quasi-contractual claims, and the constitution and jurisdiction of the Arbitral Tribunal under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
