About the Opportunity
Vahura is inviting applications for the position of Research Consultant for its Law Firm vertical. The selected candidate will work closely with recruiters to identify high-quality candidates, conduct talent mapping, build market intelligence, and support recruitment assignments for leading law firms.
Mode
The position is full-time and office-based.
Location
The selected candidate will be based at Vahura’s office in Bengaluru or Mumbai.
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants should:
- Have experience working as a Researcher with a recruitment firm or a team engaged in talent mapping.
- Possess strong problem-solving and talent mapping skills.
- Experience in the legal sector is preferred.
- Candidates with recruitment research experience in other sectors who are willing to transition into the legal industry are also encouraged to apply.
Roles & Responsibilities
Talent Mapping
- Identify high-quality and potential candidates for critical recruitment assignments.
- Conduct talent mapping and market research to support hiring mandates.
Recruitment Support
- Collaborate closely with recruiters throughout the recruitment process.
- Assist in identifying suitable candidates for law firm positions.
Market Research
- Build intellectual capital by conducting research on the legal market.
- Monitor industry trends, competitive intelligence, and market developments.
